Place the jewelry in its original designer packaging and ensure it is securely packed inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality assurance team verifies the item is in its original, unworn condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
