How long will it take to receive my order?
Since each piece is handcrafted to order in our studio, please allow 7-10 business days for production. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days.
What materials do you use in your jewelry?
We use only high-quality materials, including solid 14k gold and ethically sourced, conflict-free diamonds and gemstones. We do not use gold plating or vermeil.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination, and customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on standard items within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom orders and engraved items are final sale.
